1. Purpose

Confidential, workplace-embedded support for Depression, Anxiety, Stress, and Burnout. Designed for SMEs needing simple access, predictable cost, and trusted human support (no heavy tech).

3. Target Client Segment

Primary: Singapore SMEs (50–200 employees) with no in-house psychologist, limited HR maturity, and high stress. Entry criteria requires leadership buy-in and HR contact.

2. Core Offering (Minimum Viable EAP)

  • Short-Term Counselling: 3–6 sessions per case (In-person/Video).
  • Crisis & Trauma Support: Workplace incidents, bereavement, critical escalation.
  • Referral Pathway: IMH, private psychiatric care, AIC/MOH ecosystem.

What this is NOT: A psychotherapy clinic replacement, HR performance tool, long-term psychiatric service, or digital wellness app.

4. Lean Pricing Model

  • 10 Sessions (Pilot) S$1,200
  • 20 Sessions (Medium) S$2,500
  • 50 Sessions (Large) S$5,000

Top-up: S$150/session. 12-Month validity.

5. Delivery & Confidentiality

Direct employee-to-counsellor contact. Employer receives only aggregate reports (usage counts, general themes).

Employer NEVER receives: Personal details, Diagnosis, Session notes, Identity.

7. Panel & 8. SME Implementation (90 Days)

  • Phase 3 (Wk 11-13): Evaluation & Risk Review

9. Success Metrics & 10. Risk Control

KPIs: ≥3–6% utilisation, zero governance breach, ≥40% margin. Optional: Reduced absenteeism.

Risks Managed: Low utilisation (Awareness), Confidentiality (PDPA strict handling), Financial (Bundle cap), Mission drift (Board review).
